just a warning! and anyone know exactly why ive been charged this much??
im insured with petplan, and have a claim in progress for a youngster and have had to phone a whole load of times in a fortnight to sort out lost faxes, misplaced vet historys and incompetant telephone staff (!) but thats a whole other story, anyhow, petplan is an 0845 number and i dont know much about these apart from my phone bill is 50 quid over what it normally is! so after being placed on hold for well over 2 hours altogether in a fortnight im a little unhappy about this as you can imagine. anyone know anything about charges on an 0845 number, and any suggestions for other insurers with normal charges come renewal!!
