Has anyone tried ringing them today? Their numbers don't seem to be working?
I'm having real problems with them at the mo, I have a pre existing claim, they used to be really fast at dealing with sending cheques out. But my last few have been 'lost' and have to be re sent by my vet, and then they say they havent recieved it, even when sent my special delivery?
