I took Mika and Flyn to have their photos taken at Pets at Home in August.
I got some really nice pictures back and they were entered into a doggy portrait competition. Didn't think anymore about it because Border Collies don't seem to be the most photogenic of dogs (or it might just be my two).
Anyway, I only got a letter through the post last night to say they've won their local qualifying heat and have only gone and got through to the National Dog Portrait Awards 2009 competition.
They won £50 worth of vouchers for photographs, they will get their picture up in the local Pets at Home and are on the Dog Portrait Website.
How cool is that?
