Hi. Our English Springer bitch is on a cycle of seasons followed by phantom pregnancies and we are unable to get her neutered as the cycle is continuous from one to the other without a break. The vet told us that until she is in a "normal" phase they cannot perform the surgery.

Any ideas what to do? She is currently in season and very "hot" !!

You should wait it out until her next phantom, treat that immediately with GALASTOP,it will deal with it quickly.Once she is stable mentally and not lactating..spay toute suite. With Galastop ,doing the full seven days on the drops, the falsie will be over and done inside a fortnight,so you`ll have a month or two "window" to get the op. done.

Our GSD had a few phantoms and they're not nice to see :(
I can't remember exactly what we did, it was a long time ago, but anything that tends to set her off obviously get rid of - our GSD had a toy that she "mothered" and we had to get rid of it as she still bothered with it even after she finished her phantom.
We changed bedding and everything etc it seemed to calm her a little.

We used Galasop with our JRTx, she was on it for the 7 days then 2 weeks after the galastop our vet performed the operation. The galastop work really well and we notice a difference within a couple of days. I think it was about £25 for 7 days supply from our vet, well worth the money. Good luck with your poor girlie
