Phantom Pregnancy?

My 3 year old weimaraner bitch is acting rather strangely. She is being even more vocal than usual, and has become obsessed with my Bagpuss clock, and keeps carrying it round with her. The other day she was trying to make a nest behind the armchair - does this sound like a phantom pregnancy, and is this something to be very worried about?

I'm fairly sure she will be ok, provided she doesnt start to produce milk.

Shes cute.......what breeding is she?? 2 of my weimaraners are from Herts....perhaps they are related?!

She was bred by my friend Jody - her mum's name is Winter Chaos and her dad was Silver Ghost i think - unfortunately he died of bloat not long after she was born - she was born in Epping

one my bitches has had PP...just ignore it or some owners may advice to take away her 'babies'...just keep an eye on her if you'll still worrid maybe talk to your vet

My lab had a phantom pregnancy and was producing milk etc. In the end the vets gave her something to dry up the milk and I had her spayed. She is fine, dont worry. I am sure she would have been fine if I left it as well.

I have a Weimaraner and i'm in Herts to. Where abouts are you? maybe they could catch up for a play sometime?
