B had her last season in September and there is absolutely zero chance of her being pregnant.
She has been even more needy than usual this week and I noticed the area around her nipples seemed 'puffy' earlier. I just had a little investigation and she is producing milk (I think?!).
I know little of phantoms but I am assuming that is what this is?
Is there anything the vet can do? Anything I can do to make her more comfortable? And will the vet now want to wait longer to have her speyed? I was hoping to have her done in the next few of weeks.

you just have to make sure she is out of the pahntom before neuter as they should not be done when in so you will have to wait a bit longer.
