I cannot believe what I've just read about poor little Phoenix. What sort of feral arsehole kids have these parents created? To purposely set out with the intention of stealing an innocent pony with the intention of killing it. I cannot imagine the fright and bewilderment Phoenix went through as he slowly died. The laws in this country need to change drastically so that vile kids like this are named and dealt with harshly including custodial sentences and they have a permanent criminal record.
