Would you say that nearly 3 weeks is a long time for photos ordered (and paid for) at an event to (not) turn up? Ordered some at a event on the 2nd and still nothing! I have sent a few messages, most have been ignored, just asking if they have been sent. I had a reply about a week ago saying photographer was waiting for them to come back from the print lab they use, then would be sent 1st class. Still nothing, I have left a couple of messages on their fb page (not rude, just asking if they had been sent) they have not been replied to. In fact they were just deleted, without answering! Is it too early to throw my toys out of the pram? I'm more annoyed about the lack of communication.
