She obviously called the company. He said ….. unless the animal welfare shut the place down, them there was nothing wrong. And therefore she would receive zero amount of any refund. Company ignoring her. Friend is French. Has Lived here for many years. She joined her friend who lives there. It was two hours from her parents place. So with flights and the trip. An expensive cost. And felt so bad for the horses

No,I wouldn't ride a horse in that condition.

OMG those poor horses how can anyone do that to an animal.
 
I think they would need to make a completely new FB page, as far as I remember when I had a business FB page , you cannot remove or delete any reviews. Which is how it should be or the review system would be worthless. I am not sure if Instagram is the same?
 
Omg, that's horrific.
I've ridden loads abroad ( often just sourcing locally) I've never been offered anything that looked that bad. Egypt/ India/ Jordan/ turkey have all provided me with much healthier, happy looking horses. I expect slightly thinner than than the uk (probably healthier for it), but I've never seen something looking like a welfare case
