Now that the sun has decided to come out and play finally
I am facing the dilemma about what to do with my horse's legs! He is a rather lovely chestnut with four white socks and a blaze
I have the field relief mask for his face so that is sorted but I am struggling a bit with his legs, the last 3 summers he has worn the Equilibrium Sun Protect Chaps but they no longer make them and I also find that they slip, not much but enough to sit exactly where he has had a tendon injury so on a weak spot which makes me nervous! So at the moment I am using his old stretch and flex boots but his legs sweat in these
I have toyed with the idea of Tubigrip but am worried it may contract if it gets wet and cause further problems *scratching head* I would rather not have to have him in in the day as he needs the grass!
