Photoshop help please?

Hi all, I was wondering if some lovely person would photoshop these photo's for me? I am seriously tempted to pull mane short/hog the cob and take his feathers off and would like to see what he would look like first!

I am so tempted when I spend over 6 months a year either washing mud out or pouring warm water over him to defrost all the ice balls His neck isn't all that cobby though so not sure about that going completely
