Photoshop help please

I have a picture that I'd like to christmassyify of my horse but have no idea where to start. Any help/advice please?

Do you mean you have photoshop and need help using it, or you want someone else to do if for you? If the latter, use paint! If the former, just find one on Google and 'place' on a new layer.

I used photobucket, but they've changed the site and I cannot find the Xmas stickers (I used one to put the hat on the sat in my sig and avatar) anywhere now.
