if its a shettie or mini, when selling they often clip their heads to give you an idea of how they would look (as we have to fully clip for american or Miniature horse shows - its complete ballache!), hence that is why only his head is clipped!

Its not photoshopped, quite natural for selling in the mini world when you have all that fur!!!! Some get shown like that through winter too
