I need to be more physically fit.
I ride 4-6 days a week and RIDE (normally sweaty when I finish), ned is too fit according to my instructor but yet I'm puffing after 15 mins of a lesson?!
Gave up smoking over 5 months ago (
), eat heathily etc so think I seriously need to fitten up- I get sloppy and careless when I'm tired and I can't afford that round an XC course!
What do you do to keep fit?
