I use Shelly McKenna, she is dual qualified for horses and humans.
She did the rehab programme for my youngster after he had a spinal cord injury and he has made a good recovery.
ETA depends on travelling distance but £40 - £45 per session. She does both sports massage and chiro. She's also a qualified sports therapist.

Lee Clark was very good for a friends horse- he transformed his pony like gait into a 17hh horse gait!
