physio question

my Showjumper is having physio session on Thursday just as will be starting to up the work now for winter showjumping ,has been kept in light work over the summer due to showing commitments , he is due to go clear round showjumping Friday ?, would u still take him ? X

It entirely depends on what the physio finds and what they advise in terms of exercise in the following days.

Only the physio can advise you specifically, but generally if any work is done, I'd advise only light work the day after, and not take him to the clear round.

I don't jump the day after the physio ride if physio says its ok.
The traveling is not good after physio either.

Generally our physio recommends a minimum of 1 day off, preferably 2 after treatment though like others have said it depends what treatment he requires. Personally I wouldn't be taking him jumping the following day but your physio will be best placed to advise you on this.
