Hi,
Not sure where to put this so I've put in here as I thought people who regularly compete must have had a fair few injuries! I also put it in the tack room forum.
I recently fell off one of my ponies (ironically it was the sensible one!) and hurt my shoulder quite badly.
Had it x-rayed and no breaks but the doctor thinks I have ligament damage and will need some physio - she said it will take at least 6 weeks before it's better (not what I wanted to hear!). Anyway the wait list for NHS physio is really long and I Want to get started ASAP. Does anyone know of a good physio, preferably with some equestrian knowledge, and close to Cambridge/Bedford area? Will travel further if necessary.
