I've had a few messages from people asking how madam is getting on, so I thought I'd do a (hopefully quick!) update.
She's really grown into herself the last few weeks, her head is definitely in the right place now, she's not so babyish and has a good attitude to her work. We've had some slight issues with getting the bit in - she likes to reverse at speed - but an apple before the bit has worked wonders.
She was amazing at longreining and we all got a bit bored with it, so she's doing some light lunging whilst learning her voice commands. We're thrilled with her - she's turning out to be a great little horse. She is moving very well and I'm hoping she might be good for some dressage. We also met coloured poles yesterday so there are some bloopers to come in here
Saddle is being fitted two Friday's time, so we are planning to continue twice-weekly lunging until the saddle is done and then we'll crack on.
So, some photos, as always happy for all feedback/criticism, its really helpful

P.S. I bought her a bottle green square numnah with her name on
and am on the look out for 4 brown brushing boots!
