Picked up a ride going spare

He arrives on Saturday! He's 7, 15.3hh by Fleetwater Opposition, out of an sjing mare. Done a bit of intro/PN, needs a lot of work on the flat but has a lot of jump and moves pretty smartly. The plan is to do a few PNs, see how he feels and step him up to novice some time in August. He's technically for sale though not currently being advertised.

Anyway, here he is, looking a bit of a porker as he's out 24/7 on good grass currently!

Yep, his costs are being covered and when he sells commision comes my way. I want something to run with Moon really, bit silly only taking 1 horse to events, why settle for an easy life

He is indeed, spoke to his owners the next day and they know our set up here so were happy to send him to me

Hi Boss, he looks nice.
I forgot to mention I nearly brought a FO horse at Leominster sales last week.
4yo gelding, about 16.3hh. Had apparently been 'lunged, longreined and sat on' but not ridden. He had a bad eye, and had nail holes growing out of his hinds.
I figured he had definetly been in ridden work at somepoint, probably a bit nuts.
Think he made £2200 - over my limit for something thats going to need a bit of time!

Oooh bargain! Unfortunately in the wrong hands they arent good horses but accept their quirks and theyre fab, in fact most are easy to ride so long as you dont bully them!!
