Due to being unable to turn them out in there field due to the ice. I turned them both out in the school for a bit. They certainly showed how different they are to each other. Pickle kindly lunged Henry for me :) he obviously knew how annoyed I was about Henry chucking me off yesterday :p Have put music to it.

Henry looks like a pocket rocket :p

He sure is, he's 15.1hh just made to look smaller by the rather large 17.1hh Pickle. The little bugger got me off yesterday. He hasn't chucked me since I was about 15 (I'm 22 now!) wasn't impressed. He did kindly yank me to my feet trying to run away while I still had hold!

:D Love how Pickle says: 'Ha! Ya can keep this lunging lark! I'm going for a roll!' :D

But what's Henry on, because I could use some of his energy! ;):D

No idea how he get's that kind of energy it's quite impressive considering he is exercised plenty and we only feed him chaff as any kind of mix turns him absolutely nuts. If he accidentally got Pickle's feed I think he'd explode.

You'd never know he's 15 this year. Pickle's 20 this year but that is shown.

The music at the start made me giggle! Pickle is lovely! What breed is he? And Henry is certainly like a pocket rocket, whizzing around the school!

Pickle is a Clydesdale x not sure what he is crossed with.

DH1- They're both very different horses but they compliment each other well :) Pickle takes Henry past anything scary, and Henry goes in front when Pickle gets tired hehe.

CF- Yeah I love that song :p suits Pickle down to the ground, couldn't resist.

i just spat my tea everywhere, i really wasnt expecting to see a horse actually lunging another one, without the lunge line! lol brilliant

Ditto the above!
Fantastic video :D Especially love Pickle and his mellow attitude!

Living with Henry for 6 years he's got used to it. Has made him the best babysitter ever for youngsters as he plods on whatever they do. Also keeps Henry as calm as possible, as if other horses join in it truly blows his mind.

He can actually shift when he wants too, he decided to go for a sudden gallop with my sister the other day, obviously stopped quickly. Main reason he managed to go is we all ride him with barely any contact and very little concentration :p

love that Henry changes the rein to make sure he's 'lunged' both ways!

^ this hee hee! I was thinking the exact same thing.
Also loving how everytime he passes you he looks at you as if to say "look mum! How good am I being? Almost perfect 20m circles every time!" ;):D
Pickle looks like such a sweet old boy! Both gorgeous!

Haha he sounds just like my mare, they would get along like a house on fire... plotting ideas to wind us up even more :D Past few weeks my mare has been taking great pleasure in watching me jump out of my skin when she gets a "fright" leading her in from the field etc... I swear she does it deliberately! She just gives me that look afterwards as if she is quietly sniggering to herself :o
