I have posted some pics of angus on the last post I wrote about Angus attacking my cat. I thought you would like to see him so you can all see he is a v happy dog!
thanks.....im just crap with words!!!! mental note to me:
must remember that lots of people on here dont know me and what I say can be portrayed badly!!!!
what a gorgeous dog, looks like a right handful ! dont worry about what you said on here re the beating, angus tried to eat your cat , you stopped him in a way you saw fit ,then came on here still fuming and a little shocked id imagine and made a post that came out wrong due to the way you were feeling. simple as!
i have a lab from working lines and his nickname is ASBO, he is a fab dog but can also be extremely boisterous when the mood takes him. he will also get a slap if necessary.
on here its hardly an RSPCA case, what would they say if you were neglecting him!
I dread to think!

The 'do-gooders' on the other thread have been the ones who have actually come up with some constructive suggestions to help avoid future incidents. Including:
Keep the cat and dog separate, use a dog guard so the cat has somewhere to escape to, find a specialist dog forum, clicker training advice from Prose.
It is all very well to have a string of posts condemning the input of so-called 'do gooders', but that is not offering any constructive help other than gratuitous venting for the poster.
Victoria's original post was on an open forum. Forums are for discussion. Discussion includes different points of view.
If you wish to prevent people from putting a point of view that you disagree with you will end up with a forum (and there are dozens of these already) where you have one original post followed by a string of "yes, me too" posts.
Is that the way this forum works nowadays? I first joined as Chester in 2002 to fight against the hunting ban. Chester1 was born in 2004 after a computer glitch. My previous posts have been wiped, otherwise you would see why I am ROFLMAO at the thought of being called a do-gooder. And as far as the RSPCA is concerned I wouldn't trust them with a stuffed toy, let alone a real live animal.
