Pics of correctly fitted exercise bandages pls

Hi

I just want convincing Im doing them right pls as I normally only do boots. Ive been told where to finish them etc but on my boy they look odd - think its coz Im used to seeing him in boots

umm, please please get a true expert to show you how, check your tensioning etc, otherwise they can do a hell of a lot of irreparable damage. boots are so much safer, more protective, and better. a picture cannot possibly show tensioning etc correctly, and that's the vital thing to get right.

I agree with Kerilli, please dont use exercise bandages unless someone has shown you how to do it properly and has then checked that you are applying the correct amount of tension.

They can do serious damage

Thanks, all advice is taken on board

Dont worry I would never let me chap have them on if I wasnt 100% happy with how they were applied - we have had too much injury this last 12-18 months to add to it
