told you I was no good at technology !!

...from Dutch Champion Brendo de Bruine Buck to International Champion Rehanne de la Douce Pleine

I breed show and work this breed.

Very cute, even though they're above my 25lb cut-off point for a pooch

I have to ask -- is that the same kind of dog pictured on one of those infamous Abu Ghraib shots?

They are super bright and very like a Border collie in character. A bored Belgian is a recipe for disaster !- they were originally bred to herd and guard sheep and are completely devoted to 'their' family - they almost always stick close by on walks making sure that everyone stays together but they can be wary of strangers and unusual situations and need loads of socialising when young.

They are probably the most verstaile breed around - you can do anything with a Belgian

- the Agility World Championships was won last year by a team of BSD's - there are several obedience champions in this country - they work around the world in jobs ranging from Guide dog, Mountain rescue, Assistance dogs and the smooth coated variety ( Malinois) are the breed most used by the army and police in other countries abroad .

And of course they are so beautiful that they make fantastic show dogs too

they come in four different varieties - I'll post some pics of the different types a bit later.

I have had them for over 20 years and as you can tell I am totally hooked
