Just over a year ago I bought my beautiful filly after she appeared in a thread on the forum. Several members asked me to post updates, so as it is her 2nd birthday today I thought it was about time to show how she has progressed. We have shown her a few times in hand and she has been very clever and is building a lovely collection of rosettes. She can be quite opinionated and definitely has a mind of her own...!

She had been bought by another forum member who sadly had to part with her after only a few weeks and who posted some photos asking for comments. I had been thinking about buying a youngster for some time and felt sorry for her having to move homes so soon. I also have a very soft spot for palominos so basically I couldn't resist her!

How big is she now?

Thank you - she was a little scrap as a baby! She is 14hh at the wither and 14.1hh at the quarters, hopefully she'll make 14.2-14.3 (which the string test predicted) and as mum was a lovely Irish cob I think she may well fill out a little bit more
