I think it’s some kind of working spaniel cut. She basically takes him pretty short on his body & just thins his ears & tail out. Think this is a month or so post trim. He used to get soooo many matts when he had a longer cut plus he needs doing a lot less often.

I might just do this with mavis as she gets really dirty in the mud and wet although she doesn't really get matted fur I think this will be easier, she has been quite hot the last few weeks as well so I'm sure in summer she will feel better.
