What a fabulously stunning day it was today
And amazingly, for once, I remembered my camera!
Although shame the battery died after the second drive!
Anyway - just to set the scene
Stunning eh?
The guns all walking to their pegs
The birds coming over (yep, thats what the dots in the sky are!
)
Most of them seemed to fall in the reservoir but the dogs love swimming luckily!
You can see both dogs going for the same bird (the blob infront of them)
But they came back with one each!
Toby....
And Flyn....
And a few from the second drive on dry land!
Love this one - so funny!
Toby & Flyn must have swum across that lake more times than you could shake a stick - you would think that they would have been exhausted by the end of the day but no, you would be wrong!
We got home at about 5pm, I had a quick coffee and then rushed back out to do my horse and take the puppy for a walk and Flyn was desperate to come to and he raced around for another hour with Rosie! Is there no end to a spaniel's energy?
