I got him 'cause he didn't live up to expectations as a racehorse and then he tried to eat a few members of the last yard he was at so needed a lifestyle change. He's not for the faint hearted!!!

There are plenty more where he came from, in the last 3 years we've taken on and rehomed five ex racers and all have been smashing horses, not at all what people expect of ex racers. My two special needs boys will be staying with me forever though!

Just have alook on the Darley rehoming site, some real, well bred crackers on there!

He's absolutely gorgeous, and well done for taking him on and giving him a new focus. It's my big thing, rehoming failed/retired racehorses and your story has made my day.

She's not joking! I'll stand up to 99.9% of horses, but if this one waves his teeth at me....!!! When he's not doing that, he is a quiet lad who likes a stroke and attention. And under saddle! I don't know what he was like before and I've never seen him do anything 'naughty' under saddle - I certainly trust him and Wimbles enough to be chuffed when Wimbs said daughter could ride him

. Wimbles really has done a brilliant job with him - there are too many who either wouldn't or couldn't be bothered
