Yes, I used to go there a lot. Who is your horse by, I know their stallions pretty well.....

He's by a stallion that they no longer own, Maesmynach Montana

He is 9, I have never seen his Dad, but I know he has gone back to the Maesmynach Stud, so will try there again.

I'm very lucky he is a true star- not many people believe how he is bred!

Monty was a fabulous horse & threw lovely movement & temperament. Sienna had a couple of sleepovers at Nibeley when she was baby & partied with a bunch of youngsters that would now be 12 & 13 so your boy wouldn't have been around then...
Have you contacted Josie or Bernard at all, or visited - it is really worth a visit, lovely place.

I spoke to Bernard a few years ago. The Stallion has now gone back to the Maesmynach stud and they are more difficult to get hold of- I would love to see Monty though- even just a picture!

My horse has the best temperment of any horse I have owned in the friendly stakes although sometimes a big scaredy cat!

Annoying that you can't get a picture - they used to have lots dotted around and he really is a handsome horse, jet black & tres handsome.
