Hi there, I've been hearing from people how good pig oil and sulphur is and have got a big tin of Pig Oil and some Sulpur, BUT I don't know in what proportions to mix it up!

Can anybody enlighten me? I just slapped it in a bowl any old fashion this morning and then slapped it on the legs, and it looked a bit like somebody had puked in the bowl, so don't know if I've got the proportions right.

And how do you apply it? I used a spare paint brush.

Help appreciated! Thanks.

so it looks like milkshake was theresa's description and it seems to work for me. :)

I use an old paintbrush too.

I was thinking of getting some and not sure if i should get ready mixed or seperate :confused:

Once your ned's legs were dry was the whiteness obvious or do you think it will take a few goes?

not sure about the mixtures. But I used a old dandy brush and scrub it in. Dont worry if feathers look clogged for a few days they come clear once the oil is absorbed in. I also add chalk powder to mine, make it into a paste and slap it on. Seems to give it a hold.
