We never have, just use common sense, wash your hands after being in with them and kissing may not be a good idea ;)
They are actually very clean animals, we keep our 2 sows and 11 piglets in a pen divided into 2, one side bedded down and the other concrete, they never wee or poo on the bedding, concrete is cleaned every day so they don't smell too much.
Hmmmm bacon and sausages.

Nothing wrong with a pig snog just dont lick your lips after :D

The tamworth at work as taken to a bum scratch now, she backs up on you. I havent been brave enough to give her a snog the. The GOS loves her ears being tickled.....

Just wash your hands afterwards :D

Pigs can catch colds and flu from humans and vice versa, if your daughter is unwell best she keeps away until better.

Handwashing is essential as some pigs can carry salmonella, e coli and other bugs. If they are living with you and have come from a good quality supplier they should be relatively clean.

Most of all have fun with them, they are very bright animals and as said above given the opportunity will choose to be clean. You can train them to do things!
