Pikeur - breeches sizes help please!

Hi Ladies,

I am eyeing up a new pair of breeches - Pikeur Piana Grip ones to be exact - and wondered how everyone finds the sizes? Do Pikeur tend to come up big / small / just about right?

Currently sat at home with my arm in a sling and can't drive to go and try any on so I am resigned to internet shopping to cheer myself up - and buy myself my 30th birthday present!

Any info much appreciated! TIA

They are generally true to size, but come up a little large if anything. I am a size 12 and take a 28 in Pikeur breeches if that helps.
 
I'm a size 6-8 in jeans and I get 34 which is a UK6 so generally whatever size you are in jeans i would get in pikeur breeches.
 
The best thing about pikeur breeches is that they are pretty forgiving. I'm an old lady with a thick waist, skinny legs and very little bum. I find my pikeur breeches are nice and stretchy so I don't have a baggy bum, folds of fabric on my thighs or calves but although i still have a bit of a muffintop, I can at least breathe. I love them!
 
I find them the opposite: rather smaller than the size I normally take. But I usually have the Winter fabric, which I think is less stretchy.
