2 quick questions....

Firstly, are they worth the money???

Secondly, what is their sizing like???
(I am a UK 10 but usually buy Caldene childs 28" jods - which size very differently to their adult 28" - so have no idea what adult jod size I'd be anyway, which probably doesn't help.

oh, and if the answer to the first question is no then what would you recommend?

Ta muchly :)

Yes, love them but get mine from Ebay or Calevo - I fin they come up big and wear 24/26" Pikeurs and usually wear a highstreet 8 or 6 if it's very generous sizing.

Yes, love them - mine come from Ebay or Calevo. I wear a 24/26" in Pikeurs and an 8 in normal stuff if it helps

I think they fit biggish? My 26" pair are roomy but my 26" Cavallo and Schumachers are spot, try a 26"?

ETA: Sorry for double post, stupid iPhone is a pain!

Hmmm.... but do they have small waists (i.e. for hour-glass figures)? My Caldene 28s in kids are a perfect fit but the identical pair in adults are too tight on waist as they seem to work on a hip basis rather than a waist one!! Stupid non-existent waist!

I've put on weight & my 24s are a bit snug so I think a 26 would be spot on. I don't have much of a waist either, certainly not hour glass.

Yes they are indeed, and echo the others go 26.

Just to throw a spanner in the works - cavallo are also well worth the money too.

They are definitely worth the money - I won't wear anything else. I'd say go for a 26 - there are some on ebay at the moment!

I LOVE them. I wear 24 but can get in 22 which is a huge no no in any other make. I would get a size below what you would normally wear. I am size 8 - 10 and 5 foot 1 if that helps. I wear them all day on my yard and they last forever. :):)

I have tried tthese on numerous times as they always look so lovely - but they have never fitted me. A 22 is just about ok around the waist but they always seem to be really baggy around the leg and in particularly the knee. I guess I am particularly small at 5'2 and particularly lacking in shape!

Sounds hopeful then! Have also just discovered they do childs in my size so will be trying to hunt some of them down.

Yes they are definately worth the money and yes they do come up big. My 21 year old daughter wears the ones for children.

Excellent. Out of interest what size is your daughter (UK) and what childs size Pikeurs does she buy??

yes, they're super and well worth the money, as are the cavallo ones.
tbh though you might need to go to a tack shop that stocks the different styles, and have a good trying-on session. if you have very slim thighs they might not be the most flattering... unless you will fit into their maids version.

OMG i adore my Pikeurs, Im a 10/12 in a 26" and they are too big around the waist on me and do bag in the legs too.
they are just lush. Ariats are super too but less of a choice in the UK
