2 quick questions....

Firstly, are they worth the money???

Secondly, what is their sizing like???
(I am a UK 10 but usually buy Caldene childs 28" jods - which size very differently to their adult 28" - so have no idea what adult jod size I'd be anyway, which probably doesn't help.

oh, and if the answer to the first question is no then what would you recommend?

Ta muchly :)

They are just the best breeches (or Cavallo my personal fav!), so very much recomend.
Size wise....would be better to try on - do any of your local places stock them??
I would suggest either a EU 40 or EU 38 - depends on how 'tight' you like them to fit! These will be UK sizes 26 & 24.
I'm (just fractionally under) a UK size 12 & have their EU 42 but I don't like them too tight.
I hope this helps :)

I have a pair of winter ones for hunting they are great and as you say you get what you pay for size10 I would go for the 28" I have also got the Princess ones for summer and they have lasted longer than my Mark Todd ones.

They are fab quality but I never pay full price for them. Go to ebay and a shop called Classic Dressage Marbella. She does Pikeur, Cavallo, Kentucky etc with up to 40/50% off, she closed for x-mas but should be open again soon.

I have two pairs of the winter ones (fabric 81). My first pair is into its third winter of daily wear, and looking just fine! Since I'm in b****y Cold-land, I wear them much of the summer too...but I get cold very easily.

I find their sizing small. I normally wear an EU40 in bottoms, but need a 42 or even 44 in these for some reason. Their tops, on the other hand, I find fit large: I usually take an EU38, but when I've tried on Pikeur (haven't bought, sadly!), I found that a 36 fitted. Don't know what's up with that! Either I'm shaped like an aubergine (there may be something to that), or else something's a bit weird with the sizing...
