Soooo excited - managed to persuade other half to buy me a new comp jacket for Christmas -as I spotted a comp jacket sale on this website www.dressagedeluxe.co.uk - cheapest offer I could find and I have always wanted a posh Pikeur one and they had my size in the Diana one, so him indoors agreed :) -its still a bit pricey but with that saving and Christmas as an excuse - I couldnt resist pleading with hubby! can't wait to wear it now -just needs to stop snowing now:(
maybe I can get the rest of the family to buy me the stock, the breeches and gloves......(doubtful ha ha)
what have you all asked for present wise for Christmas?

hardly! only just joined - been a fan of H&H forums for ages now and finally took the plunge to have the confidence to join and post something and I get that response :( shame! I thought this was a friendly place -not really had anything else to talk about since I joined!! (that sounds even sader! ha ha)

Don't worry, no one is being funny with you. Just there are alot of people who try and advertise, it is often their first post too so it just looks a little sus!

Fab jacket, I would love one but am after the full wool. They are such gorgeous jackets!

No idea what I would like for Christmas!! A lovely log fire, real tree, and a defrosted hack out on Christmas morning would be perfect!

Oh Ok - didnt know that! I have been reading through them all -but hadnt got anything interesting to say or comment on before! I will def post stuff when I have horsey questions as some of the advice on here is brilliant! better than any of the mags!!and yes wool jackets are lovely but this one is machine washable -which I suppose in the long run is better! and I better not stuff my face with quality street over Christmas otherwise I wont be able to fit in it !! that all sounds lovely for Xmas - we always try and go for a hack Christmas morning too but last year the ice and frost was too bad - hoping all this snow will clear soon!

Lovely jacket - sadly out of my price range!

Have already had my main xmas prezzie from my parents - 8 big bales of haylage that were delivered about 4 weeks ago. I was skint (having just paid for a resit exam and course - nearly £1000) so parents took pity to avoid me battering the credit card!

Sadly nothing to unwrap on xmas day.

Hello and welcome :) That is a lovely jacket, and a bargain too.
I would love some Ariat Grasmere boots from Santa, but they are quite expensive so here's hoping.

If you haven't already paid for it you should try ebay. I bought a brand new one from them this year and it was only £80. It pays to shop around this time of year :)

Thanks!! and yes I would love a pair of those too -but my old Robinson's padded ones will just have to do for few winters yet but I hope Santa makes your wish come true!:)

Hi and welcome to the mad house :D

My present is Little Cob's excess and 'livery' at the AHT when he went there ofr a lameness work-up. Ah well. What else would I have done with over £700.

Hoping for a new saddle in February, so can't complain :D

I've asked for the same present for the past 4 years - & I always get it! My lovely husband pays for me to have my hair coloured, cut & styled every month!
