PIKEUR PARKA - PROBLEMS WITH ZIP AND LINING - HAVE I BEEN UNLUCKY?

I just wondered whether anyone has experienced a problem with their Pikeur Coats. In particular the lining forming balls and when you try to remove them, their is the tiniest threads pulling through the lining - it must be the stuffing coming through? It is weird. Also the zip right from the word go kept getting stuck in the fabric. The fabric had been stitched too close to the zip itself, so literally unless I go through a routine of holding the fabric in a certain way, the zip gets stuck. Well it's well and truly stuck now! Absolutely can't move it and the fabric has torn. I've only had the coat a couple of weeks. I am gutted as it is the nicest coat to wear. But I wondered whether I have just been unlucky? Thanks A bit boring I am afraid!!

It is so disappointing. I love my coat and can only hope the seller will exchange it for another one. If they do and the coat has the same problem as the one I currently have, I will ask a seamstress to sort out the fabric over hanging the zip. It will be worth the money I really want to keep the same coat!

Same I absolutely love my jacket. I keep meaning to find someone who can replace the zip for me so it’s at least wearable.
