My 6 yr old welsh x warmblood has always been barefoot, never shown signs of any foot soreness and so we have left him, he doesn't get trimmed as feet are always fairly short (possibly needing shoes soon as his workload increases). He started NAF pink powder 6 weeks ago and for the last 3 weeks he has had the odd footy moment. Today he had to finish xc schooling early as went hoppy after hitting a stone in the water jump. Would the balancer be enough to cause the change or is it more seasonal?
