Pink?!

I love pink! But I refuse to put it near my horse!! I live with 2 other girls, the whole house is pink! Carpet, sofa, tolet seat, bbq, tea, coffee & sugar pots, kettle.......... I love it but just can't do it to my boys and girls! I went to the Cheshire Show last week & couldn't believe how many horses were covered in pink bandages, rugs, boots, ribbons etc!! No point to this, I'm just on one today!

Hehe i love the sound of your house...sounds just as bad as my bedroom. I have 2 walls in bright pink and 2 in baby pink...my dad even wore his sunglasses to paint in there because was so bright lol. I dont mind pink on a horse but i would keep to one or two items of pink and personally i would only buy it for my filly, dont think my gelding would be too impressed having to wear pink.. I stick to blue or red mainly for him.

lol I did almost bourght some pink over reach boots for my boy the other day as he's always losing them in the field and I thought it'd make them easier to find but I couldn't do it to him so he's ended up with baby blue ones instead!

Our lastest buy for the house was a box of 8 pink light bulbs, now every room glows pink! It's guna have to stop some where!!!!!

I saw some pink stirrups yesterday. I have to say, i thought they were disgusting, but my 5 year old daughter thought the Moose would look adorable with pink stirrups. She nearly exploded with delight when she found the matching pink bits....!

My daughter and her pony can practically be seen from outer space - silk, joddies, t-shirt, saddle cloth -bright pink- but then she's only 5! I have been known to agonise for weeks about what colour saddle cloth would suit my boy- no such trauma for her - its pink every time

I've got a lot of pink for PF but at the weekend I just wasn't in a 'pink place' and only had the pink boots on her. I wouldn't use it if everyone else had it!! For now it's just me here

In contrast, there is very little pink around my house; blanket on bed only, and purely by accident.

Love it! My boy has loads of pink stuff, but most people think he's a mare so I can kinda justify it, lol
