any ridden over pinkmead farm x country in the last year? if you have do u no what the ground is like up their? i heard it was a bit stony? but this was a long time ago thanks
We have found abit of a mixed bag with pinkmead, certain parts of course has its own type of ground problem. Still stoney in places and back field with trackenher and arrow heads we found to be either quite rutty or in wet weather quite boggy.
We still go, luckily with our weather we havent found it too bad these last few years, they usually do a schooling day a week before their comps and we sometimes have just go and have a look at the ground but have never found it bad enough not to enter. Hope that helps.
I've done it on the riding school horses up there through uni and the bits I did were pretty reasonable - some of the jumps at the side of the first field run alongside the road though, so something to consider if your horse isn't good with traffic...
