I love colourful tack :) Ned has a red bridle at the moment! We're very very matchy matchy!

I usually buy from ebay, I've only ever got his bridle outside of ebay.

I was wondering if there are any other places, apart from Ebay and http://horsehalt.co.uk/shop/index.php/ I could get brightly coloured things from?

I don't plan on getting Ned anything else, he's already got an entire red and black wardrobe for hacking/general work and white wardrobe for showing! He's not even mine!

Hopefully I can get my own soon, so I want to have a browse for colourful stuff :)

Thanks in advance!

a chestnut i used to ride had a bridle from pink equine, they have lovely stuff his had the light blue padding with light blue crystals, and the leather is so soft and lovely!! he looked very coordinated with his bridle and blue numnah, i always wore light blue johds too!!

Have you tried Zilco. The tack is a man made synthetic which lasts ages! i have a red headcllar and a black and silver bridle. Both worth there weight in gold.

I have a zilco combination bridle - designed for endurance (I use it for TREC) - so might be an interesting make for you to have look at, if you're still wanting to do endurance. None of the worries of wrecking leather when the weather's bad too :)

They do come up small though - the cob/arab size doesn't go near fitting my cob and only just fits my highland

Hi, I have just been tempted by the Horse Halt website, I am looking for Purple numnahs and stuff for Endurance.
Thanks for the details, as its a site I havent seen before, has anyone used them, pm me if you want, and good luck for finding colourful stuff.
(I am another one who has gone down the route of synthetic and webbing).

man.. some of those bridles and browbands in these links although nice are ridiculously expensive, might as well buy your own crystals/gems to stick on for those prices O_O

That colour really suits him, annielusian.

You can also try Performance Equestrian - they've started making their own tack now and they make it to order so if you want any weird and wonderful designs or colour combos they can sort it. It's good quality too, as good if not better than Zilco.

I bought Wolf his first bridle from them:

Thank you :D Team Em and Ned, really is Team Black and Red, hehe!

I've been looking at Zilco for a while, they look good! I was going to get one, but then I saw the cheaper one :P

I hope to go lime green with my own horse! I do like black and red, but lime green is really my favourite colour :P
