Thanks all. The forum wasn't showing my post last night so I've only just seen these.

I'm an adult small but have just been offered one for £50 on Facebook, it's a 2010 model.
Is that a good deal?

Personally I'd not buy a secondhand body protector unless it was very close to brand new. They are like hats, once they have an impact there effectiveness reduces.

Totally agree here. Just like a hat a body protector should be replaced when it's been in an accident. If new then yes the inner foam can bounce back, but always check the stitching and the threads as these are what can break and not protect you incase of another accident! i know they can be expensive but they are a life saver at the end of the day!
