Places to put a free advert on the internet?

I'm going to try and advertise for someone that could help keep D fit over winter by coming and exercising her during the day. I know its a long shot but there must be plenty of people out there who don't work conventional 9-5 and would love a share horse.

Problem is that I'm stingy, any recommendations where I can post a free advert for a rider?
