Places to stop with horse in Holland and Germany

Can anybody recommend stables/bed&box/bed&barn on route from Calais to Sweden, we'll be drivng through belgium, Holland and Germany next month.

Looking for somewhere to stop near Belgian Dutch border or further across Holland near German border.

I can't find any directories that list stables offering one night stops?
