I am not the horsey one, my wife is!! and I recently fitted a plastic hay bar but William (Black Gelding) has decided, after being attacked by every biting insect in Warwickshire, that he would rub his tail on the new Hay Bar - it has deformed but is still attached to the wooden walls! Has anyone got ideas to reshape the hard plastic and also a way to stop a horse rubbing them themselves raw on them and so destroying it. He is in permanently as grass too rich at the moment and he is not young!! My wife maybe horrified that I have stepped into her world by using this forum!
