Plastic Show Jumps

We have these blocks at the yards and theyre great apart from the polyjump blocks really do need to have sand or something in the bottom or they do blow away

I got the poly jumps from Robinsons. But I now realy regret not paying the extra couple of pounds for the wooden filled pro-poles. I bought the plastic ones (not the lightest ones) but they are hopeless to use for canter/trot/placing poles as one little knock and they bounce across the surface. Also when I was jumping the other week in the high wind they actually blew down. I now use them under the jump or as lower poles (nice and bright) but use a wooded pole on the top or as placing etc. The best stands I have are the white ones with the big black heavy base as these dont seem to move too much.

They are expensive unfortunately, I've just forked out for a set of Jump4Joy ones for the yard

I just went for the Novice course plus a few more stands. I think the blocks are very good too, might get a few of them in time.

I would love to be able to afford the jump4joy sets - think i should get saving pennies!!! Have bought a few plastic (the heavier type) poles and stands and do think they're fab as sooo much lighter than wooden poles although are heavy enough and don't blow down.
