Just wanted to post a warning about turning out in this weather, My mare who lived out 24/7 with field shelter had to be pts last night after slipping in the field and sustaing a fracture.

We have heard from our local pet crematorium that one day alone they were collecting 7 horses, all either broke legs or had colic. So everyone take extra care.

Agreed on the please be careful had a few texts 2 days ago saying a horse at a yard near ours slipt very badly and broke a leg and was pts. So horrible.
