Chloe is really sick.

Two nights ago she swallowed her chew toy, rushed her to vet. She stayed in overnight, threw up her breakfast the next morning so they rushed her into surgery.

Turns out the chew toy wasn't stuck (although they did remove it), but her stomach is really inflamed and her lymph nodes are massive.

Basically its either cancer, severe gastroenteritis, or a severe stomach bug.

So, vibes please xxxxxx

Vibes for you all xx

Thanks guys. Spent the last three nights in tears, in a bit of a daze during the day. Visiting her every night, last night she was still basically unconscious but tonight she's whimpering in agony and she's really sad.

She's only 8 months, I can't lose her.

Hi guys, thank you all so much for your support.

She's still not home tonight, she's gone from not pooing for two days to having horrendous diarrohaea (think, all up walls, poor vet nurses!). So they're keeping her in again because if she has another bought of it she'll need fluids.

She was really sad when we left her today after our visit, aparently she's screaming the place down but now because she's got the squits she cant have any toys in her bed. So she's really bored, but the nurses took pity on her tonight and let her come up to the waiting room for a wander around.

Anyway, she is pretty sick soon but fingers crossed she'll be home tomorrow. Then just wait for the biopsy results, and three weeks of ONLY 5-10 min lead walks.

Gutted.

Hope she recovers well. I did two weeks of the lead walks, it is hard at the time, but looking back on it, it wasn't the worst thing in the world, it was worse trying to stop him jumping up on things/people

Nice that the nurses are letting her wander - I remember when I went to collect my old girl after some bloody awful surgery (she swallowed a pair of tights after a pyometra) and when I walked in, she was sitting behind reception, the girl behind the desk didn't want her to go home because she loved her so much....maybe take them some nice biccies or something to bribe them into giving her back

SHES HOME!

Still really worried about her, she did one normal poo this morning and then had the squits - think all up kitchen floor, walls!! But since then she's gone once more and it was liquid but she did squat for it, so she must have some control.

Now to get in touch with NFU to sort out the £1500 vets bill!!!! and wait for the results of the biopsy.

Thank you all so much! xxxxxx
