Well Pharaoh's uveitis has flared up again Due to his type (its secondary to something else) he's going into hospital on monday for tests and if they can't find any treatment that will help then he is going to be put down there and then I can no longer ride him as he has become so lethargic, coughs after a trot (not even trying canter) and can't keep condition on him and all the vets we have spoken to have said it is probably a freak reaction to something from the rig op.
My old vet and the hospital he is going to have been absolutley brilliant today and I can't thank them enough though! Our current vet couldnt come out (I can't say on the forum why) and the on call vets couldnt come out either to take the blood samples needed (had to get them before we buted him) so mum rang our old practice in desperation and a vet came out Another friend is lending us her horsebox (if you read this - thank you!!) so we are all set for monday which we are all dreading It's not quite sunk in yet and to be honest i'm not sure I want it to....
