So new addition will pee on the spare room bed. Have yelled at her but solved by putting locks on the bedroom doors. Staking territory? She did pee on my carpet in my bedroom once but not repeated although again I now always lock the door on that one too.

Also the older (boss lady) bitch will sometimes just be standing there just mouthing at the younger bitches neck. Honey (youngest bitch) just stands there - is this just reinforcement of who is boss? Honey does not challenge the oldest at all.

Honey is also exceptionally lucky- any bare flesh gets licked and she will lick the other dogs faces, ears as well. Again subservience?

So these are three rescue staffs. Bitch, 11, whom I have had for 7 years, dog, 5, whom I have had for 3 and 1/2 and bitch, 1 whom has been with me since August. All are rescues all neutered and chipped, all get on and have clearly defined positions with each other and have no problems with them as a group at all. Just interested to understand clearly their behaviours.

Licking not always a sign of asserting....it can be a sign of nurture too, sounds to be she could be very fond of her:)....you say mouthe, is it more like a speed up nibble or a definate wide open mouthed mouthe lol.

The rooms the bitch has urinated in, are they the only carpeted room or are there others?
Also when has she done this i.e when you are out or in?

I had replied but it didn't go through for some reason. Yes upstairs is carpeted, bitch does it when I am out (hence now locking the door) - the mouthing is a large mouth action and a grabbing motion which the older bitch does with both of the dogs..

I will be more inclined to think it a touch of anxiety re the urinating, generally very clean dogs will find deep fabric/carpets to urinate/defecate on, this way it's well hidden and it does not flow beneath them (like it would on hard ground) when you see bitches pee and walk forward to avoid the river of pee flowing beneath them towards their feet (hope this makes sense) best way to describe it. Literlally the pee soaks straight into the fabric and it cannot be smelt/let off a strong scent or literally be lying in a puddle where they walk around (downstairs). I would hazard a guess she goes off looking for you (you have gone) and she gets a little anxious.
I agree the licking if coming from the younger bitch sounds like subservience and generally they do it when relaxed.
I also agree the older bitch is asserting some leadership with the mouthing, especially if it's random and not when she is in an excited state.
