Please can you have a look at this horse and tell me what you think?
He is 4, started in dressage yard, very green but works well and nice neat jump.
How do you think he is put together? Looks etc?

I love his markings!
Could just be the angle but his lower neck, shoulder and chest look a bit odd to me - almost as though it is all molded into one.
I'm not very good at stuff like this though, so probably wrong!
Other than that, he is lovely

I like him. Obviously not fully matured muscle wise yet but I think pretty all round. I'm crap at noticing confirmation things though.

I am the worlds worst on confirmation. First impression wow, love him would have him.
To me his bum looks small but thats because ours tend to have big bums
Shame about the white sock - from my showing point of view and what i like but again wow. A real stunning eye catcher. Love his head and eye. Just love him realy

Looks nice for his age, his colour is unusual
As for confo, I'd prefer to see stronger hindquarters, more of a shoulder, and a bit more depth of girth, but he looks a nice type that'd do you well. (And I'm just used to confo crit of TBs, so my opinion prob doesn't count for much
)
Having said that, the photo is not ideal, looks like he's just swished his tail, which make his bum look weird

I like him very much. Looks like he could be a very versatile horse to own, and a nice size.

Yeah it was link to a advert I comment on and got annihalated by other users, apparently it's defammatory to comment on someone elses horse when they are trying to sell it...I will therefore abstain from commenting

I'm afraid I don't like him. Imagine he was bay - that way you will not be seduced by his pretty markings.
He is goose rumped, back at the knee, has straight hocks and a weak loin. His shoulder is quite upright too.
Having said all that, if you like him and he passes the vet, then why not?

Though I like his markings, his conformation leves a little to be desired; he is a little goose-rumped, I don't like his shoulders, and he looks a little back at the knee - over all, it's your decision, go for a horse with good markings, and conformation faults that could cause issues in the future if you wish.

Sorry I didn't know the OP had lost a horse but to be honest I didn't say anything nasty to begin with, all I said was that I wouldn't comment as I'd been given intot trouble for commeting on advertised horses before. and he sounds little for a DWB.... but as you say he will probably grow a tad more.

If I were horse shopping, Id go and have a look at him, having seen his pics. Photos can be very decieving - I like the one of him trotting more than the one of him stood up. I have a tendency to buy horses for their temperament though - my last purchase is a complete dude but very oddly put together.
Kind of depends what you want him for. In my (seriously not worth the paper it's written on) opinion, there's nothing glaringly awful about him. I really love his colour but I dont much like his head/eye/ears - he looks a bit 'sharp' but equally I like my horses to resemble beach donkeys.
