Hi all

It's my birthday today (boo hiss) and for my bday pressy my mum is going to pay for me to take Raff to horse camp.

I want to go to this one , but it is sooooo far away. Can anyone recommend something similar but closer to me (i live on south lincs/north cambs border)

what i'd like:
something that helps with my confidence (both riding and handling would be good)
not full of bitchy teenagers (no offence to bitchy teenagers, but i think i'm getting a bit old for that now)
preferably no more than £200ish

however, any ideas considered!

thank you billions in advance...

active rider do camps at lots of different venues, you could contact them and see if they have a venue near you. Other options are Bobbies horse camps or your local riding club. thats all i can think of right now. Have you googled horsecamps in lincs area??

Come down here and go to Pontispool or Stockland Lovell, and I'll take Genie and we can do swaps!

Ok, so I'm a bit far away, but you still have to come visit!

And Happy Birthday!!!

^^^grumble grumble^^^

all the horse camps i can find have 'dressage, SJ and XC' lessons... but i think i just want a 'how not to plop yourself' lesson... but i guess i also want to do some D, SJ and XC too.

oh, i don't know. there are too many. it's frazzling my brain. the active rider one looks ideal (except i just noticed you have to have a carrot stick thingy...).

i'm off for a bath. before my brain explodes...

next question... am i brave enough to go alone?... hmmm...
